Property Caretaker Wanted in Huddinge

Do you want to work practically, close to tenants, and contribute to pleasant and well-maintained properties? We are now looking for a Property Caretaker to join our team in Huddinge – a service-oriented and varied role for those who enjoy solving problems and keeping properties in order.

About the Role

As a Property Caretaker, you are the tenant's first contact and an important part of daily life in the area. You will be responsible for reporting issues, performing minor repairs, and ongoing maintenance of properties and outdoor environments. The role involves a lot of personal responsibility, but you will also work closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers. You will be part of a team of about 15 colleagues managing various properties around Huddinge, based out of the client's premises.

Working hours are:

Mon-Thu 07:30-17:00
Fridays 07:30-12:00

The assignment lasts approximately 3 months but may extend as needed to cover a long-term absence.

If hired, you will be employed by Adecco as a contracted consultant to the client during the assignment.

Your Responsibilities

You will, among other things:

Be the tenant's first contact and contribute to high tenant satisfaction.
Regularly inspect properties and ensure everything is in good condition.
Handle issue reports and perform minor maintenance and repairs.
Order materials and services as needed and follow up on minor actions.
Participate in apartment inspections during move-ins and move-outs.
Engage in systematic fire protection work (SBA).
Manage minor projects and actions in and around the properties.
Support contact with contractors as needed and handle minor invoice documentation.
Participate in authority inspections and ensure that actions are taken.

Requirements

You need to have:

A three-year upper secondary education or equivalent.
A valid driver's license (B).
Good knowledge of MS Office.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – for example, as a property caretaker, property manager, janitor, property technician, or repair technician.

Preferred qualifications:

Practical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, construction, or carpentry.
Experience in customer contact and service work.
